Fujiya 1935 has focused on the tiniest details ever since its opening back in 1935. Located in central Osaka, this restaurant offers Japanese elegance quite unlike any other. Besides the white linen tablecloths and meticulously designed wooden chairs occupying the venue, their dishes are also unique. Once you enter and are seated, you can select either sponge bread or radishes grown right outside the restaurant as your appetiser. Main dishes vary depending on the season, but even so, this place is quite unlike anything else. Even their water is special. Served in a simple cup, the water comes from the trunks of shirakaba (birch) trees and tastes fresh, sweet and pure. Everything combines to ensure a visit to the three-star Michelin Fujiya 1935 an amazing all-around experience.
